My principle responsibilities was Programming and Management of the districts OSFC 540 million 35 school construction program, 30 million dollars State of Ohio founded Warm Safe And Dry district renovation program, 6 million dollars of Big Eight emergency district construction program

As one of three Program Managers my responsibilities required background knowledge and experiences as professional architect, construction administrator, community development techniques, facilities planning, construction documentation and State and Federal procurement regulations to effect efficient implementation of the district's schools redevelopment program In addition to the above responsibilities, I also serve as the district facilities planner, and space analyst for `swing space' uses and relocation logistics

This involved demolition of existing structures and adoptive reuse of existing building structures Completed Projects:

Phase one Warm Safe and Dry projects; (12) twelve re-roofing, (10) ten-boiler replacements,

(6) six emergency fire alarm upgrade, and (9) nine electrical upgrades.

Segment One Accelerated Urban Schools Construction: (3) three school building demolitions,

And ongoing planning for segment two, coordinating community involvement and reporting to the School Board.
