Develop new approaches to solve problems.
Plan and oversee the analysis, inspection, design, test, and/or integration to assure the quality of assigned product or component.
Perform quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records.
Facilitate all current manufacturing engineering changes with Plant, Program Manager and Quality Engineering.
Manage and maintain customer PPM.
Maintain communication with executive branch to discuss plant quality performance and future business, along with lessons learned and continual quality improvements.

Establish and oversee departmental budget and provide guidance to quality managers to ensure adherence.
Report QOS measurable and drive related corrective actions.
