Dal Engineering - Dal Design and Construction (DDC), Khartoum, Sudan DDC is the design and construction arm of DAL Group, the Group operates across six sectors – food, agriculture, engineering, real estate, medical services and education.

Establish and prepare a full Planning Package i.e. Project Management Plan with its subsidiary plans and performance measurement baseline including EVMS with its implementation procedure.

Develops and maintains multiple Project Schedules, and Performance Measurement Baseline.

Tracking project performance, providing timely and reliable cost, schedule, and other performance parameters in accordance with the established Performance Measurement Baseline and EVMS.
