TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
My construction work experience spreads extensively since I started in the industry in 1990.
I see myself as a strong team leader and player. I like to lead by example. My administrative skills are excellent and I can read, interpret and understand any drawing (plan). I also do the work accordingly. Liasing with owners, sub-contractors, architects, engineers and workers is my strong suite. Ad hearing to company policies, rules and regulations is non- negotiable for me. This must be done at all times. HSE issues are also zero tolerant in my books.
I am honest, punctual and hard working. Working under pressure and even working alone also suites me. I’m an outgoing type of person who gets along with anyone.
Putting in levels and setting out with a dumpy level is also one of my strong features. I never had the prevelage of having a finishing foreman so I had to check and inspect all aspects of the trade myself. This included excavations, concrete strength, building work, plastering, tiling, plumbing, painting, paving, glazing, steel structures and electrical work.
I started specialising in Earthing and Lightning Protection in 2005. In this profession all installations must be done according to approved drawings, SANS specification and obviously in accordance with the designing engineers specs.
If you need any additional information, don’t hesitate to contact me anytime on +27-73-136-****. I also have a valid passport. Attached is my CV for your attention.
Kindest regards and willing to work anywhere in the world.
John
