Fire Fighting (site & design engineer)

-Responsible for installation of fire fighting system (sprinkler system, wet riser, reactions system, fire pump sets, fire safety equipments & gas suppression system).

-Designing of fire protection system; hydraulic calculation (HASS 7.8), flow demand, pipe sizing & pump selection and applying the requirements for system hanging and seismic bracing.

-Appraising various system design requirements including occupancy hazard fire control, protection of storage occupancies and protection of special hazards.

-Reviewing draft tender documents and preparing technical bid proposal documentation to ensure all systems and components of the tender are included.

-With knowledge of fire pro system, fire protection valves, fire tank sizing & pump testing.

Executing, coordination, implement, liaise & assisting electromechanical, BMS on-site construction/installation, upgrade, modification, Renovation, Retrofit, refurbishment, fit-out of various type of commercial, industrial MEP & HVAC/R with Architects, consultants, Main/Sub Contractors, Clients, Suppliers, Vendors, local/ministerial authority or agency as well as with other retinue of technical Engineers, skilled technicians. Review, recommend, amend, approved, process, collaborate all MEP/HVAC,R submittals, as-build,approved, manual, technical shop drawings, specifications, national/international standard. As well as cost-control documents. Preparing daily, weekly, monthly workforce or progress reports, ensuring hi-level/quality projects are completed on scheduled timeframe & Budgets.

Review & understands all project scope of works. Interface with other Lead highly expert Engineers, Project Managers, prominent Client & Architects, Prepare, recommend design criteria & any required additional project specifications. Assigned task to the MEP Engineers/or staffs working on the project. Develops MEP/HVAC, R deliverables & man-hours budget. Set up progress templates & record all applicable changes.
