Senior PM& PC ITRP – Bush Airport Texas Sterling (2016-2017) Houston, TX $230M

Prepared Project Controls and Budgets for three projects at Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) in Houston; including East Parking Hardstand, Repair of Taxiways WA and WB, and Ground-Up Construction of United Technical Operations Center (UTOC) as well as several Interstate and municipal highway projects; both concrete and asphalt. Led three teams. Controlled unit costs for both Cost and Revenue forecasting and used Primavera to settle outstanding claims. Prepared pre-construction “due-diligence” documentation. Prepared Project Management Plan (PMP), (Risk, Safety, Quality, etc.) Managed Schedules and Budgets for all Phases of Design and Construction, and kept team members on task.

Program Manager The Balsams Grand Resort Dixville Capital, LLC (2015-2016) Dixville, NH $200M

Prepared budgets and directed design efforts for historic 4-Star Resort in Northern New Hampshire, with all related infrastructure, on a 16-square mile property, including: Hampshire and Dix Hotels, new Lake Gloriette Hotel, Balsams Baths, Panorama Golf Course and Clubhouse (by Donald Ross.) Co-ordinated with Ski Area Developer, Director of Real Estate, and CFO. Kept architects and contractors aligned with project requirements. Directly managed construction schedule for timely completions of three pilot projects. Project is not yet approved or funded.

Project Manager King Abdullah University CH2M Hill (2014-2015) Thuwal, KSA $189M

Led simultaneous pre-construction, construction, and construction remediation efforts for multiple projects at King Abdullah University; including New Student Housing (22 identical dormitories containing (16) 2-story townhomes, each in an 8/8 configuration); Coastal and Marine Resources Laboratory; Village Housing; and Research Park. Developed construction schedule to deliver one new facility per month, prepared new reporting format for Client (Saudi Aramco), and showed Owner how to prioritize repairs for teams repairing problems at Village Housing by other general contractor (Saudi Bin Laden Group.)

Senior Risk Manager The Grand Parkway SR 99 CH2M Hill (2013-2014) Houston, TX $1.1B

Led Executive Project Management Team in mitigating and managing all project risk in the following areas: Cost, Environmental, Financial, Public Involvement, Safety, Schedule, and Quality. Reduced Project Risk (Contingency) from $75 Million to $500,000 by Project’s end, and this saved $74.5 Million on a $1.1 Billion project. Acting as Owner’s Rep. (TxDOT), prepared Project Execution Plan and Project Implementation Plan. Recorded Non Compliance Reporting (Quality Control.)

Program Manager Kandahar AF CH2M Hill (2011-2013) Kandahar, AFG $1.0B

Visited 50 bases/airfields, as part of Energy Savings Initiative (ESI) Program, to reduce energy use in the form of JP-8 fuel; while still maintaining mission criticality. Led a theater-wide group of 50 Site Managers, 50 O&M Managers and skilled trades to devise and propose $2 Billion in Energy Savings Initiatives; and implemented $1.0 Billion. Saved the US Government $1.0 Billion and recovered Dyn-Corp’s fee of $1.0 Billion for the Client. Also led efforts to design several “Zero-Net” facilities for sustainability purposes; including a $28 Million Combat Aircraft Landing Area (CALA) at Camp Lemonnier (Djibouti.)

Project Manager PACAF Parsons (2010-2011) Eielson and Kadena AB $2.5M

At Air Bases Eielson (Alaska) and Kadena (Japan) visited all facilities and determined energy use and repairs required to meet Master Plan goals. Prepared Work Plans and Work Packages for inclusion in 10-Year, and 20-Year Master Plans. Led six teams and directed QA/QC efforts; while developing new eCOMET software with Houston team for energy management.

Program Manager Navy B-FCAP Parsons (2000-2010) World-Wide $26M

From 2000-2010 led (55) Facility Condition Assessment Programs; including the 17,000 facility Navy B-FCAP Program. Built the practice from two people in Phoenix, to 10 people in the Rocky Mountain Region, to 150 people worldwide. Visited Schools and Naval Air Stations; including (Sigonella NAS, North Island NAS, Pensacola NAS, Whiting NAS, and Patuxent River NAS) and assessed conditions of terminal facilities and support buildings for inclusion in Master Planning and Funding for Deferred Maintenance. Received Achievement Awards and saved the Navy $4M on a $26M contract.
