1755 Argyle – Los Angeles, Ca ($4 Million) 201*-****-** Story Residential – 6800 Linear Ft Decorative Glass Railing – Window Wall – Sliding Glass Doors = Automated Herculite Entrances - Interior Storefront – Complicated geometric railing was bid all- inclusive with a railing supplier located in Midwest – material logistics would have been prohibitive schedule-wise. Shipping expenses on incidental replacement of glass and multi-angle welded top rails were potentially prohibitive. I located local glass, welded railing and miscellaneous brake metal cladding suppliers and substituted via change orders at an actual savings to the budget. All individual glass and railing issues became manageable. At 90% completion the job is well within budget and virtually on schedule. Glass issues are at less than 20 pcs. out of over 1600. Maneuver Center - Building 4 – Ft. Benning, Ga ( $2.3 Million) 2009-2013 USACE/DOD Project - 25,000 sq ft – Blast Rated Radius Top Curtainwall installed in retrofitted steel and pre-cast substrates. First opening ready to measure in Dec 2010 / First frame set Jan 2011. Despite harsh winter and constant delays by precedent trades, The main tower was complete and turned over to the Army on Aug 1, 2011. Facade featured over 60 Individual 30’ Curtainwalls separated by 18” custom radius columns that we re-designed to be glazed into the system, eliminating tens of thousands of dollars in steel columns and clips for the customer. On schedule and on budget despite an unprecedented level of schedule and design complications.

Redstone Arsenal, Al – ATF Training Center ( $ 750,000.00) 2008-2010 High Security Installation –Design Build- 6,000 sf Curtainwall and Storefront Job was on schedule and under budget despite over 90 weather days in 14 months. Worked directly with architects in redesigning fixed windows using CW framing to incorporate oversized glass daylights at all fixed windows. Worked with corps engineers to redesign overlooked transition between a free-standing vestibule and an already completed main curtainwall. Outstanding rating from ATF after completion.

Sheraton Atlantic Beach Atlantic Beach, NC ( $1.4 Million) 2008-2009 Replaced 216 doors in occupied hotel in 6 months from shop sign offs in December to June 1 completion. The project was completed at 10% under budget with minimum impact to hotel operations and occupancy. Redesigned door jambs to incorporate free-standing .250 jamb tubes to eliminate rebuilding vertical substrates for anchors. The hotel took a direct hit from Hurricane Irene in August 2011. All doors were intact after storm. Insurance inspectors assigned all major water intrusion to roofing and surrounding stucco walls. Said doors passed with “flying colors”. Rose Hall Resort and Country Club Montego Bay Jamaica ($1.1 Million) 2007-2008 Despite severe overseas shipping and customs delays, a job evacuation for Hurricane Dean and 2 dropped crates of glass by Air Jamaica, which required an emergency change order for polycarbonate temp material, this job came in under budget and the hotel opened on time.

Perdido Sun Condominium Perdido Key, Fl ($ 1.3 Million) 2007-2008 The Hurricane Ivan repair was completed at 5-10% under budget and on schedule despite major undisclosed substrate damage. Worked directly with architect and engineer from initial damage inspection and assessment in choosing retrofit products that would meet new coastal codes with mimimal reconstruction of existing substrates. Gross profit was 27%. P ROFESSIONAL E XPERIENCE
