Identified $2M in costs (in one year) that didn't belong to my project; cost savings to project

Server Decommissioning Project, with high visibility at upper level management. Team size of about 10 resources. Identification of all Shell Trading servers, along with applications, databases, etc..that reside on each (about 400 servers total). Successful completion to consolidate, update, virtualize, decommission, and more, resulting in the reduction of server costs and ensured support of hardware and applications.
