Job responsibilities 2011 through 2015:
Manage and lead over 350 people that consisted of: diverse armed forces specialist officers and technicians, civilians, university professors and academics for 4 consecutive years for achieving the following for more than 400,000 members of the armed forces annually as follows:
A. Vetting and selection to all jobs, spots, and positions within the armed forces at all levels for all ranks and responsibilities. B. Standardize testing, classification and evaluation criteria. C. Conducting and supervising skills development cycle to all the troops, officers and commanders of specialized of the armed forces, which are as follows:
