Accumulate export contract details of SBM & RSM.

Planning of stock / inventory (cargo movement inbound, warehouse, outbound), Costing, MIS, Pre shipment document, etc.

Coordination with C & F Agents, Line Agents (Container & Vessel), other shipper, Surveyors & Suppliers for contract wise / vessel wise shipment.

Nominate to vessel agent & follow-up for ETA, Stowage plan, Berthing, loading & SOF finalization of the vessel,

Nominate to Surveyor (Load port & Disport), Fumigator & CHA for shipment.

Vessel Post Fix Operation - Co-ordination with Ship Owners, Vessel Master, Shipping Agents, Surveyors, Stevedores & CHAs on day to day cargo execution matters, Cargo Stowage Plan, Loading / Discharging per Customer’s requirement after considering vessel safety / stability, Settlement of Demurrage / dispatch (Lay time calculation) with vessel owner for load port, disport (through charter / ship broker) & buyer for disport.

Process for Marine (if FAS/FOB/CNF trade) & Shortage Insurance and get the policy for required shipment.

Basis on Seller contract & Insurance policy/ certificate, arrange to open Draft LC, draft LC send to seller for their checking & confirmation to open transmitted/ final LC.

Follow-up for shipment plan / vessel nomination from Seller with ETA at Load port & Disport for full fill our cargo requirement on time.

Once we received Shipment Advise / Appropriation & copy of shipment document from seller, tracking original document for acceptance & vessel status/ carrier to take delivery of cargo.

Bank issue presentation Memo with Commercial Invoice for document acceptance after receiving original document from seller bank.

Arrange & submit document acceptance letter with A1 & A2 form to our advising bank for original document.

Check all document & OBL send to CHA for taking DO from carrier / disport agent.

Planning & arrangement to file Bill of Entry & pay custom duty for get the permission from custom to discharge the cargo.

Planning & arrange space booking for unloading the cargo.
