In a Technical Analyst role, he would analyze test cases, understand application functional documents and consolidate test data requirements in order to best establish how to test the given software or webpages.

In a Business Analyst role, he would work with business teams and stake holders to understand the project requirements and to bridge any gaps in understanding as well as perform root cause analysis and problem solving to resolve issues and impediments for future sprints.
