-Installed new methods and mechanisms to increase Factory efficiency,People’s productivity and reduce Scrap,(better training practices, people accountability and improve communication and goals deployment)

-Because of better material inventory control we were able to waive the annual inventory for two years in a row,2014-2015,

From October 2013 to January 2014 was acting as the site Leader for the ACS Tijuana Sperian Factory, with 3 LOB’s as follows: Hearing, Respiratory and Fall Protection with 1700 people and Sales of $88 million/year, during this time I was still in charge of North Safety Mexicali.

–Successfully installed Business Units per Value Stream, Visual Factory,5“S” & Kaizen, etc...as well as KPI’s across the Plant within Lean/Six Sigma efforts

–Factory was environmental released for closing by Mexican Government and complied with the Philips procedures

–Did shut down the Factory with 850 employees without a single Labor complaint
