Processed daily Error Report, sorting by processor; copied and pasted account lines in spread sheet into e-mail, and sent to respective processors
Organized USPS, faxed, and interoffice Consumer VOD requests: sorted out Business VOD requests, routing to that department; checked for fax number or properly stamped envelope, so that requested financial information could be communicated; marked requests as “Fee Paid” or “No Fee Paid”, as appropriate; scanned and keyed info regarding VOD fee checks into US Bank system; scanned sorted VOD requests into VOD processing cue folder; bound paper copies together, labeled with date and initials, and placed in Quality Control drawer, pulling oldest batch out for shredding
Checked for faxed VOD replies that did not transmit via RightFax; refaxed or mailed these requests
Processed VOD requests, rejecting those with unpaid processing fees (if appropriate), incomplete requests, non-matching customer information, and/or missing or incorrect customer authorization
Entered all USPS mail with no forwarding address into spreadsheet, separating loan from lease accounts, and then uploaded spread sheets into Memo Wizard, which notated accounts in appropriate databases
Created separate spread sheets for loan and lease USPS mail with forwarding addresses, running mail merges to generate form letters (which instructed customers to call in changes of address into the Customer Service Department), with copies of letters also being submitted to Imaging Department
Updated customer name and/or address from paper or electronic requests for consumer loan accounts only, if proper legal documentation was provided, or information could be verified in the documents database; lease account changes were directed to Lease Department; all original paperwork batched and submitted to Quality Control Department
