SUMMARY

The field of Healthcare is more than just a job, more than a career, it’s my passion! I am a Med Tech / SIC (Supervisor In Charge) and Certified Nurse Assistant at an assisted living facility where I currently work. As SIC, I am responsible for supervising the staff of CNA's that assist with making sure all protocols are carried out in a swift and accurate manner. I have successfully completed internship at CMC University and clinical hours at CMC Mercy. I have worked with many types of residents battling with mental illnesses such as Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and schizophrenia. The time spent with these residents have given me the necessary level of patience, compassion and ability to understand and relate to my residents that ensures that they receive the best care possible. It is my opinion that one is most successful at things that they are passionate about.
