Rotating equipment supervisor (January 2014 – August 2017) Key duties include:
Managing all the plant maintenance activities for rotating equipment.
Coordinate with OEM to resolve the problems and enhance the reliability of the equipment.
Involved in root cause failure analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective actions to prevent catastrophic failures.
Prepare specifications and provide technical recommendations for procurement of major equipment.
Provide recommendations on spare parts requirement, to secure the most reliable operation and economic level of maintenance.
Developing work instruction and maintenance procedures for rotating equipment in order to help ensure that standards and regulations are met.
Responsible for the planning and execution of minor & major overhauls on Turbines, Compressors, Pumps and other plant rotating equipment.
Coordinate with Reliable Engineer to resolve the problems and enhance the reliability of the equipment.
