to set complete schedules for all SPAWAR programs. Evaluated contractor proposals, answered
contractor questions, and monitored contractor performance. Developed Requests for Proposals,
Statements of Work, Acquisition Plans, Source Selection Plans and Command Instructions.
Successfully implemented and managed the Command's first major Local Area Network for over
400 users from purchase of equipment to full operation. Active in acquisition management
through the complete acquisition life cycle from pre award, solicitation, contract award, contract
administration and close out.
