Founded and built a residential general contracting company from the ground up. Generated leads and built a customer base that provides a continual source of referrals. Analyzed customer needs, estimated project costs, submitted proposals, and closed over 90% of customer business. Sourced and developed relationships with subcontractors and vendors to carry out customer remodeling projects.
