This project was implementation of Non Form Approval process for dealers of Tata Motors, where in dealer can claim the amount they paid for events or workshops organised at the dealership to the company directly from the portal,thereby alleviating the manual process. Athena BPM provided the solution by automating the entire process with the help of Pega PRPC. The process involved three level of approvals, post which dealer receives the amount claimed. At all three levels there is option for Approval and Rejection.If the claim is rejected Dealer receives an email stating the reason for rejection, dealer can create a new claim.For both the cases approval and rejection dealer is notified by email.

Designed the UI using Sections and controls.Created Case Types.

Involved in designing Process Flows.Used Smart Flows.Used data transform.

Customizing and creating new portals for work manager, work user, Case User etc using Rule-HTML-Harness, Rule-HTML-Section rules, Java Script and CSS.

Test Drive is one of the crucial application of Tata Motors.Test drive could be registered through websie directly by the customer or via call center team.A huge number of optys are created on daily basis by the call center team based on the data they recieve from dealers.Once the data is processed intimation about the schedule of testdrive is sent to the customer,execute and the DSM based upon the type of vehicle and the dealer selected. Many optys were getting lost because Test Drives were getting assigned to Dealerships which are not Active any more.

Responsibilities:

• To perform root cause analysis and developed solutions to resolve issues in production environment.

As a part of the Input Pack Simplification process, the new Micromarket Planning Sheet was an offline process wherein the dealers conduct their monthly planning in an excel tool. An exclusive excel tool was built which was utilized by the dealers for the Micromarket planning.The dealer could load the data from the portal created in form of Excel. Once the data was loaded it was updated in Analytics and visible on Dashboards.The data was used by top Management to monitor the growth of organisation, market reasearch and international business retails.

Responsibilities:

The Sales team has an allocated marketing budget for the sales support activities. This budget is Service Division (Workshop) manpower budget and consists of team of Mechanics/Workmen and Service Advisor/Supervisor. As a part of Athena program the Service divisions are mandated to maintain 100% of the Agreed Manpower. Based on the actual percentage availability the service divisions are given performance score. Once the budget is allocated, it was updated in the system and it remained same for a month. Every month the budget was to be allocated to a Division.When month changes and in case budget is not allocated to a particular Division no data was displayed against that division, which was causing redundancy.So TataMotors wanted to show the previous months allocated budget in case current month budget is null.

AutoOrderEnhancement

Auto-ordering system is an inventory management tool. This module was developed for dealers.A common UI is provided to Dealer Prosperity Manager (DPM) for Session creation, where he can see all inventories of his division, which is being fetched, based on his active position.Auto Order system used to calculate the ‘order quantity’ for the parts in the inventory based on the past part comsumption.This calculation was done using a procedure.Using this suggested quantities, the dealer is should place order for parts to TML.This helped dealers to keep spare parts in check and avoid overbulking or underbulking of the spare parts.Some changes were to be made in calculation of Auto Order and some new calculations were to be added.Also some UI changes were to be made.
