IT&E Corp. is a Silicon Valley based consulting firm specializing in contract, contract-hire, and perm-placement staffing in the E-Commerce, Web/Internet, and System Integration markets.

I was given the task of opening the Chicago office and helping build the Mid-West Practice.

In my position, I was responsible for developing new business and managing a group of recruiters. Of the three new offices that opened this year (San Diego Ca, Orlando Fl, and Chicago) Chicago has more than tripled the output of the other two, and San Diego had a two-month head start.
