Began training my first dog, a boxer, in 1990 and earned an AKC Companion Dog title. Since

my first performance dog, while working in the financial industry, I have earned numerous obedience and rally titles, several agility titles, water titles and conformation championships. I have bred and co-bred several litters, consulted with breeders regarding various mates and evaluated litters for temperament as well as for structure.

• Virtual Image Processing

Lead/Workflow Monitor and Accounting Specialist III - Monitor systems, prioritize work, report system issues, ensure deadlines are met and complete end of shift reports. Oversee Day 2 operations, approve GL tickets, verify entries are correct, in-balance and within the preparers limits as well as my own.

• Reject Repair

TPT Coach/Reject Repair Clerk - Train new hires, cross-train current bank employees from other areas on the Reject Repair job functions using the Total Performance Training Methodology. Perform job functions to repair rejected items.

• Recon

On-line Reconciler - Reconcile POD work, returns, re-sorts, inclearings, error checker and large commercial deposits. Correct invalid account numbers and assist in other areas as needed.

• Proof Operations

Staffing and Training Coordinator/Section Coordinator/Proof Operator - Screen, test, recruit and track proof operator applicants. Train and orientate newly hired proof operators. Assist in standardizing proof procedures in all BofA proof centers through the Proof Nationalization Team. Conduct tours of proof and sorter operations for new hires, branch CSM’s and other outside agencies. Assist other departments with hiring needs. Cover for proof managers, including EPMS input and verification. Provide assistance in proof or APCS during peak times, as well as coordinate with temporary agencies. Set-up special management training classes for operation managers and leads. Coordinate work to and from 40 operators. Implement disciplinary action when necessary. Answer operator questions pertaining to processing documents. Troubleshoot NCR 7766 machine problems and alleviate when possible. Prepare nightly, weekly, and monthly production reports in Excel. Calculate timesheets nightly and by pay period. Verify daily production logs. Weigh in work and assist with the correction desk when needed. Encode customer and bank created transactions (POD) and return items on the NCR 7766 and 7760 proof machines.
