Find the discrepancies in the drawing and resolve them.

Reconcile the material like structural steel, Concrete, and finding variation in BOQ qty v/s billing qty.

To see the structure as well as finishing work of the project.

Provide training to Labor and technical Staff regarding safety and Technical Manner.
