Role: Salesforce CRM Developer

Verizon Telematics main goal is to track the vehicles and provide the data to their fleet managers. I as a CRM developer worked on multiple projects like CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote)- Callidus Cloud which helps the customers to give the appropriate price quote, Order Automation which helps the internal users to automatically enter the order from the Salesforce opportunities by customizing the standard objects using functional customizations(Apex triggers) and also on FSA (Field Service Automation), which allows the installation companies to assign the vehicles to the installation coordinators and complete the installation services
