Manage a broad range of HR functions including payroll administration (400+ employees, in 4 different companies), benefits/401(k)/stock-option plan enrollment and administration, HRIS database administration, Compensation program administration, employee screening/hiring/orientation, performance review programs and ACA compliance.

Implemented and maintains group benefit system. Provides technical support, designs training, and presents enrollments options. Verifies enrollments, terminations, changes, and eligibility for all benefit plans. Coordinates and supervises retirements plans for rollovers, QDROs, loans, hardships and compliance testing. Oversees the processing of monthly billings and the preparation of vouchers for payment of administrative fees for all group plans.

Jointly monitors administrative costs of benefits programs and recommends cost containment strategies, including alternative methods for administration and funding. Completing benefit surveys and analyzing complex benefit information.

Serves as a consultant advising managers on state and federal laws and regulations, benefit and compensation policies, company procedures and other programs.

Maintains thorough understanding of employment regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments, applicable laws, and employment legislation pertaining to all personnel matters, and various federal requirements.

In collaboration with the HR department, plan, develop, organize, implement and evaluate the organizations human resources functions and annual goals.
