Program Manager, Master Data Management (MDM) Program February 2017 – June 2017

Responsible for Planning and Execution of the bank’s master data program (MDM), coordinating alignment of the project roadmap and release activities for new source data and feature enhancements with all user constituents including AML the largest consumer of mastered data.

In conjunction with PMO coordinated the planning, scheduling and management of MDM program releases with multiple bank programs each competing for common resources, infrastructure and delivery timeframes.

Project Manager, Comprehensive Capital and Review (CCAR) Program November 2013 – June 2015

Responsible for Strategic Planning, Execution, Monitor /Control and Delivery of the bank’s multi-year $15M+ CCAR Program.

Following banks transition from Waterfall to Agile framework, provided all client defined Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) deliverables; interacting and coordinating release planning with multiple work stream teams.

Led business, technology, application users and Dev/Ops to collaboratively define, design, construct and deliver a large data warehouse, user interface and BI reporting capability to collect client loan origination data from multiple disparate loan origination systems throughout the bank, load into a data warehouse and transform the data as needed to meet the FRB reporting requirements. Coordinated and facilitated business process decomposition workshops for generating requirements and quantifying ‘business as usual’ processes.

Through backlog grooming and prioritized refinement of data value transformation logic (ETL) changes, led the team to significantly improve the bank’s compliance with the CCAR prescribed attribute data values used for monthly /quarterly FRB submission.

Program Manager, Enterprise Systems Internet Banking June 2012 – March 2013

Responsible for Strategic Planning and Business Case Development for the banks IT response to the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) Internet Banking Authentication Program Requirements.

Crafted a roadmap and cross-functional resource planning for a delivery framework consisting of a suite of applications to implement those enterprise wide Layered Security enhancements defined as ‘High Risk’ per the FFIEC 2005 and 2011 Guidance.

Planned all client defined Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) deliverables, established supporting project budget.

Led a Web Fraud Software Vendor evaluation, RFP creating and selection exercise.

Facilitated a process analysis and decomposition exercise to collect, inventory and study all existing internal bank system controls to assess where advanced layered security was operationally beneficial to the bank and crafting the strategic roadmap based upon cost/benefit.
