PROJECT TITLE : 4 KW AVR (AUTOMATIC VOLTAGE REGULATOR)

Customer : NSTL, VISHAKHAPATNAM

Duration : 3 years.

Description:

The AVR performs three main functions i.e. Rectification/Filter, Regulation and Fault detection outputting source. 3 phase AC (24VAC-40VAC) input which is rectified and filtered in the AVR. The resultant DC voltage is regulated by POWER MOSFETS. The output of the AVR is 28 VDC and 150 Amps.

Responsibilities:

PCB assembly & testing.

The Dual ignition coil is used in Artouste – IIIB Engines which is used in Chetak and Cheetah Helicopters. The Ignition unit is used to Ignite the engine. It consists of two identical switching circuits with high voltage transformers.
