April 2016 – Present

Worked as a Mechanical Construction Supervisor/ Field Engineer for The Oman Construction Company LLC (TOCO) an Interserve Company, Oman since March 2013 to April 2016 (under the Consultancy Occidental Petroleum Corporation for their Oil field Works of Occidental Mukhaizna at Mukhaizna, Sultanate of Oman).

Worked in Elite Engineering Industries, Baikampady, Mangalore as Mechanical Supervisor from

Sept 2012 – Feb 2013.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Schedule the work & lead the crew.

Attend weekly meeting with clients to discuss future course of action.

Attend daily internal meeting and assess the target attained and plan the proceedings.

Review P&ID, GAD and isometrics and structural drawings.

Piping quantity assessment, manpower & machinery estimation.

Develop overall work scope through relationship with Workshop, Engineering, QA and Client

Responsible for issuing final documentation work including Lessons Learnt sessions Identifying and reporting improvement potentials.

Planning and executing of Pressure Testing on Pipes.

To assure that each new employee, whether temporary or permanent receives appropriate safety training and safety orientation at the start of employment.

Assure that all workers should be worn a PPE according to a nature of job.

Monitor the conduct of daily Tool Box meetings.

PROJECT EXPERIENCE:

Academic Project: ALL WHEEL DRIVE BICYCLE

Project “All Wheel Drive Bicycle” has been achieved and managed by 4 member team.

In this mechanism gear train is used to transfer the motion from front wheel to rear Wheel. We use four shafts, four universal joint couplings, six bevel gears, two Plummer blocks and three roller bearings. In this mechanism incorporated in the bicycle frame, the power is transmitted to the rear wheel of the bicycle is transferred to wheel front wheel through gears and shafts so as to provide the bicycle with All Wheel Drive capability.
