Assist with the management and treatment of community based outpatient mental health services. As a MHS, primarily responsible for providing community based behavioral health services (skills training and support) to patients. Job Duties include: working with adults and children in the home, school, and community settings to provide psychiatric outpatient services including medication management and psychiatric evaluation. Provide skills training and support, individual/family/group counseling, emotional and behavioral management, solution-focused interventions, problem behavior analysis, crisis intervention, communication and coordination with the family and/or legal guardian, and coordination with stakeholders and referral sources. Job duties also include helping customers with interior decorating, hiring employees, payroll each week, placing commercial bids for upcoming projects all over the state of Louisiana, communicating to architects and general contractors on each project for materials needed and patterns wanted on jobs, reading blue prints and estimating how many square feet needed of tile for each commercial job, giving estimates to residential customers by going to their homes and measuring, and supervising employees on each commercial job on site to ensure installation is done correctly according to patterns, colors, and professionalism. Duties also included advertisement, promoting new products, experience in installation of flooring and walls as well as other product materials in construction business.
