Position: Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor (Gold Processing Plant)
(In Charge of CIL, Crushers & Conveyors, Machinists & Pumps)
Responsibilities Include:
Conducting safety and tool box meetings as scheduled and on shift start respectively.
Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review and participate in the work of staff responsible for maintenance of the wastewater treatment plant including repair and installation of all electronic, electric, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical equipment.
Analyzing and reassessing equipment maintenance requirements and frequencies as well as making recommendations to the maintenance planning department when changes are deemed necessary.
Investigating, representing and providing technical reports for any incidents participate in root cause analysis of failures when required
Coordinating maintenance in process areas and the process plant including mills, crushers, conveyors, CIL tanks, pipelines, water treatment, pumping systems, power systems and ancillary industrial equipment
Reading and understanding mechanical drawings, ensure proper drawing library is established and maintained

Develop budgets and forecasts for Fixed Plant Maintenance area and assist the Plant Manager with the creation of overall department budget
