Special Projects Coordinator / Accounting Associate Peachtree Corners, GA November 2015 - August 2017 Achieved revenue for the company by coordinating and executing specific projects for the Special Projects Department.

Worked directly with Project Managers, Service Managers/Directors & Chick-fil-a Corporate office as well as Chick-fil-a stores to increase productivity within the industry. Created service orders for the Business Partners (BPs or Subcontractors) to execute service calls with precision.

Supported BPs technically by phone and the Envysion site to make sure that the job has been completed thoroughly and without mistake.

Assisted the accounting department in creating invoices for Chick-fil-a Corporate office as well as Chick-fil-a Stores around the nation. These invoices ranged from simple camera additions to complete security installations ($1,500-$10,000) with a program called File Maker. Corresponded with CFA, Inc. and CFA stores nationwide through phone and email contact to insure proper customer service & productivity.

Brought in an average of $5-6 million per year for the company by insuring that the invoices had been submitted and paid by the appropriate party.
