Project Management

During my tenure with Marcor and Janus Corporation I was the primary contractor for Lockheed Martin for all areas. In my transition from Marcor to Janus due to my excellent relationship with Lockheed Martin that contract followed me to Janus. This relationship was built by making sure that the job was done safely, working smart, saving time on man hours, which in turn saved Lockheed’s budget as well as the company. These saving were on average from $100,000 to $2 million a project.
