ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE
Combat Engineer, United States Marine Corps, Battle Creek, Michigan (01/2013 – Present)
Serving as Fire Team Leader, in Bridge Company Alpha where I lead the construction of Military Grade Medium-Girder bridges under foreign terrain and stressful environments.
Research Assistant, Michigan Tech, Houghton, Michigan (05/2016 – 04/2017)
Built a circuit to measure the current generated by a piezoelectric-sensitive plate. Measured the current passing through a bundle of polymer fibers via the circuit I created.
Engineering Senior Design, Michigan Tech/ACIST Medical, Houghton, Michigan (08/2016 – 04/2017)
Built a testing prototype to analyze the flow profile of the ACIST intra-venous contrast injection pump sensor, given design constraints and following ISO manufacture standards. A user manual, BOM, trouble-shooting document, and mechanical schematics were produced for ACIST.
Engineering Intern, Green Lancer, Detroit, Michigan (05/2015 – 08/2015)
Designed the interior and exterior electrical systems of solar panels for clients’ specifications regarding their yardage, power supply, and price range.
OTHER EXPERIENCE
Crew Trainer, Culver’s, Houghton, Michigan (05/2016 – 04/2017)
Packaging Assembly, Hermin Miller, Holland, Michigan (05/2014 – 08/2014)
Assistant Contractor, Homarc By Marco, Holland, Michigan (06/2010 – 08/2014)
EDUCATION
Bachelor of Science, Michigan Technological University, GPA: 3.23/4.0 April 2017
