EXPERIENCE: 35 plus years of combined experience in virtually all areas of land development. These areas include the design of paving, water, storm sewer, lift station and wastewater facilities, traffic engineering and traffic control, as well as landscape design. Comprehensive knowledge of the incorporation the dynamics of the relationships between the fields of surveying, engineering, architecture, and landscape architecture, including experience in drainage studies and calculations, traffic control layouts, subdivision and street design layout.

Relevant Projects: Senior Design and Drafting: 1.8 mile University Corridor for Metro Uptown Corridor Projects: Several Lift Stations for the City of Houston, Design and drafting of various projects for ExxonMobil, TXDOT, City of Houston, Houston Airport Systems, and various private and commercial projects throughout the state of Texas.

Extensive experience using AutoCad2015, Microstation V8i, ProjectWise, Microsoft Word, and Excel software.
