WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Responsible for daily production schedule and making sure that all EPA rules and regulations are followed correctly, routing of all outgoing freight both company trucks and LTL shipments. Supervise 10 union warehouse workers and 5 union truck drivers. Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of trucks and facility, also responsible for all DOT regulations and ensuring all drivers have their correct certifications valid. Implemented changes in production process which helped get our company a perfect audit with the EPA this past year.

Earnest Machine Products – Parma, Ohio 1998-2007
