Duties and responsibilities:

• Providing Electrical service and maintenance on rotary blasthole drills and draglines at opencast mines.

• Panel wiring, testing and installation (DC drives and PLC panels).

• Attending electrical breakdowns (standby) and fault-finding electrical and electronics equipment.

• Fault-finding on SCADA and PLC programs

• Assisting with Dragline Commissioning.

• Quoting and supplying electrical spares to the mines.
