Worked as QA Analyst on Web application, Client/Server application and Teller Assist front-end and backend initiative projects to support the modernization of the Bank of America’s ATM software.
ATM with Teller Assist (ATA) is Bank of America’s next generation of Automated Teller Machine that combines the features of a traditional ATM with the direct personal communications capabilities with Bank Tellers through videoconferencing. This enables customers to speak to live tellers and conduct many transactions normally done only at Banking Centers.
Video Teller Agent (VTA) is teller side software that enables the Bank Tellers to communicate virtually with ATM clients.
With these new ATA and VTA technology, Customers can now perform many Banking Transactions like Cashing Checks and various other instruments like Traveler Checks etc. They can pay off Loan balances, Cash Advance and many other transactions. Customer can connect to the live teller at any time during the transaction. The limitations in ATM can be overcome by ATA and get assistance of teller rather than going to the bank. Customers can now perform transactions even without the ATM card but using any valid government id.
