Presently working as Junior engineer (Boiler Operator) in Simar infrastructure ltd. at TSPl (3*660 MW) in Mansa district of Punjab.jan2014 to till date.

Chopra engineering works Pvt. Limited in CLP Power India Private Limited) at 2*660 MW Coal based Super-critical Technology Thermal Power Plant as a boiler & turbine operator (production), from 24thOct2013 to 31Dec 2013.

K&C works Pvt. Limited in CLP Power India Private Limited) at 2*660 MW Coal based Super-critical Technology Thermal Power Plant as a boiler operator (production), from 01nov 2011 to 23rd Oct. 2013.

Responsibilities:

Operation & line of boiler and its auxiliary as boiler operator.

Maintained protocols and checklists.

Co-ordination with main control room for smooth operation of main plant.

Isolation and normalization of different pumps its valve.

Maintaining the daily defect list, monthly defect list for proper planning for maintenance and reliable operation.

Operation of hydrogen plant, normal startup and normally shutdown and maintain parameters during hydrogen running conditions. H2 filling in generator by storage tank.

Operation of AUX boiler(Oil fired) and FOPH(fuel oil pump house)of the plant in local.

Local filed operation of compressor.

Technical Skills other activities:

Involved in commissioning of boiler & turbine area.

Co-ordination with different sections for efficient and reliable plant operation.

Operation of boiler side plant from local.

Basic knowledge of Boiler & turbine area.

Involved in commissioning of different boiler auxiliaries like boiler pneumatic test, hydro-test, chemical cleaning etc.
