Actively supported Microsoft 2003/2008/2012 Servers for 50+ offices nationwide.
Authored and maintained technical requirements in addition to identifying defect prevention/reduction opportunities in procedures.
Interfaced with help desk, network group, security team, application support, software distribution teams, and vendors when troubleshooting/resolving issues, developing processes and verifying compliance.
Procured, built and created standards for the corporate file/print/DHCP servers. This included: configuring RAID, Shadow Copy (VSS), folder sharing/security, daily back up to DPM, DHCP, print drivers, Dell Remote Access Controller (DRAC).
