Distribute over $10 million property tax appeal refunds from 70 properties to tenants and landlords.
Review and confirm property tax payments and prior recoveries using JD Edwards.
Match JD Edwards records with backup (tax bills, tenant invoices, and lease agreements).
Use Excel working papers to determine how property tax is recovered from tenants and distribute the appeal refunds to them net of fee. Request original property assessments records to support recovery calculations.
Create invoices for refunds and compile additional documents such as calculations and letters to support it.
