MDO and PROFILING:

Management of Partner and Customer Database which serves the sales and marketing needs of Commercial, Consumer and Value Channel Management team.

Activities executed: Manage, maintain and deliver partner and customer profiles to the quality and details as agreed with the respective channel management teams, maintaining partner’s and customer database, The sales representatives will be submitting the case if they have any issues with regarding the account existing in the SFDC we will be resolving the case by identifying the solution for that case. Mainly Creating, Updating, and Deletion of customer and Partner accounts in SFDC tools.

Key Roles:

Interacting with customers via chat and calls for any queries related to case request.

Proactively handling Data management activities in SFDC.

Preparing Volume reports and dashboards on daily and monthly basis for metrics.
