Erection& Commissioning engineer[C.S, S.S, LTCS, Alloy Steel].
Piping project engineer reading isometric drawings P&ID, Protocol Preparation.
Checked pipe support as per isometric drawings.
Checked fit up as well as dimensions.
Perform inspection of incoming material as per the project requirements.
Performed inspection of piping fabrication work according codes and standard ASME.
Material planning and scheduling.
Performed the material verification.

Erection, Fabrication and commissioning of pipes and valves.

Familiar with various piping materials like stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel, low temperature carbon steel etc.
Familiar with application of international standards for process piping like ANSI/ASME B31.3 and ASIM specifications, with basic knowledge of ASME B 16.5,ASME B 16.9, ASME B16.11 etc.
Familiar with interpretation of P&I Diagrams, Piping Isometrics, and pipe support specifications based on predesigned piping line classes and equipment drawing.
Able to generate piping drawing and isometric for construction fabrication and erection.

The two electro magnetic coil is fixed to the gear shaft of the two ends .One is used to shift the gear in upward direction another one is used to shift the gear in downward direction .These two coil is operated depends upon the activation of the push button
