Turnaround: Executed 23-month turnaround of two medical gas production facilities for Airgas Intermountain. Reversed losses and downward trend, improving EBITDA performance at both sites. Installed new leadership, downsized personnel, top-graded remaining staff and strengthened service levels.

Sales Growth: Grew medical institutional sales 25% to $33M through M&A activity and launch of new home care services within Airgas’ East Coast market. Outpaced organic growth and increased sales in the face of economic downturn.

Acquisition Integration: Directed integration of Merriam-Graves Corporation, $47M distributor of industrial, medical and specialty gases and related supplies operating in 25 locations in New England and New York into Airgas East, Inc., including headquarters, industrial fill plant, specialty gas laboratory and central hard goods warehouse.
