• Performing Structural Design, calculations, and drawings for high net worth clientele such as Apple, Google, & etc. o This included the design of retaining walls, steel roof framing, trellises, TI for steel and concrete built project of adding a rooftop tennis court to a structural over 90 ft above the ground. (Due to the client confidentiality agreements signed I cannot disclose the details and the nature of majority of my projects.)

• Tenant Improvements for commercial buildings including experience in designing retaining walls, footings, beam analysis
