Conducted various workshops for candidates of various educational levels.

Proficient in using CATIA V5, interior small component designs.

Designed assignments for various teaching environments along with Professor to coordinate instructional efforts.

Presented subject training to students in part design, assembly, drafting of basic automotive parts with various constraints using CATIA V5 and analysis using ANSYS under the guidance of professors, by giving lectures, conducting discussions.

Tutor and assist students individually or in small groups to help those master assignments.

Projects:

Modeling and structural analysis of go-kart assembly:

A GO-KART is a small four-wheeled vehicle. From motor-less models to high-powered racing machines, some, like Super karts, being able to beat racing cars on long circuits.

The main objective of the project is how to develop the prototype of GO_KART vehicle using CAD tool PRO_E 5.0.These assembly consists major components they are main frame stiffeners, seat arrangement, wheel assembly, single cylinder engine with required dimensions.

The main objective of analysis is to showing the Load carrying capacities and how much force the frame can resist when it changes from material to material and selecting the best from it

This process is done for Frame.

These Analysis process is done in every manufacturing industries before assembling (Individual component Analysis).

This individual analysis is to decide the capability of component before going to work.

CAD TOOL: PRO- E WILDFIRE 5.0 & CAE TOOL: ANSYS12.1.

Side Impact Crash Test on Simulation and Analysis on a Passenger Bus.

The side impact can be reduced by installing a rail in between the seats and the body frame work along the side so that it can absorb impact energy.

The bumper if designed with a composite material can absorb greater energy. The body frame work needs better welding and energy absorbing capabilities.

Embedded Control Hardware Design.

Designing the base plate with all the required holes and cuts to place all the components and line sensing array.

Solid works software in designing the mechanical design. Instead of IR sensors I used RASPBERRY- PI to detect the balls because it is very comfort to detect the color by using it.

We used 3D printing for the top mounting plate to keep Arduino, battery set etc., Our Task is to get the ball and drop it in a Hole.

Other Activities:

Participated in Elite-Technology Groups in various technical Workshops and lead the batch of 27 members on Automotive Dynamics & Designing” & “Design Simulation Analysis”.

Participated in a national level Technical symposium TORQUE’13.

Peoples Representative and Treasurer for VIRAMY a Unity of Mechanical Engineer students of around 800 people and lead them successfully for 3 years in my bachelor’s degree.

Certified in Autodesk AutoCAD 2012.

Certifications: AutoCAD, Pro-Engineering, CATIA V5.
