Assisting with the fabricators throughout the cutting process, layout,and joint fit up activities as per the drawings specifications

Checking out completed job dimensions within the recommended drawings.

Quality controlled supervision while fabrication and Welding (GTAW/SMAW/MIG) process.Sub assembly and final Inspection to the completed drawings

Stage wise and final Inspection of Fabrication.

Monitor welder performance and welding activities to ensure work is being carried out in accordance with the approved welding procedure

Day-to-Day inspection of various activities of process (fabrication works)

Preparation of final reports of the products .

Welding/NDT consumables and other consumables test certificates are reviewed. Preparations of weekly and monthly reports..

Maintain standards for the final of finished product by required tests methods and procedures

Submitting of all final reports to the head of department/higher authorities for further process
