Prepares and executes the security plan of the Detachment in relation to the security requirements of the establishment being guarded.
Responsible to the agency as well to the clients in the reinforcement and implementation of Rules and regulations/Policies both of the agency and of the clients.
Responsible to the management of both the client and the agency for what his unit does or fails to do.
Must hold during daytime but should also oversee the night-shift as he deems necessary.
Receives instructions from the Security manager/Director or CSO of the client of the client firm and implements the same as required.
Acts either dispatch on matters brought to his attention by the firms authorized representative or by the Agency headquarters on Administrative Matters.
Renders periodic reports to Client’s Security Manager/Director or CSO copy furnished this Headquarters.
Have the full operational and administrative control of all units to include his assistant and shift-in-charge supervisor.
Conducts inspection to all units and institutes corrective measures on the spot on problems being detected or brought attention. And report any problem occur to the Security Manager/Director/Chief security officer of the establishment or to this headquarter.
Accounts for the daily attendance of all men and makes it an SOP to brief the men before they are posted. In the formation, may disseminate instructions, policies if both the client and the agency for implementation. See to it that all men are in proper uniform and presentable.
Performs other duties as may be directed by the Client’s Security manager/Director/ CSO or by the headquarter.
Give customers’ needs and wants for their satisfaction.
Provide high standard of customer service.
