OPERATIONS MANAGER – AUTOMATION DIVISION July 2014-August 2017

Responsibility over $25M in sales & $1.5M in inventory. Champion all daily operations involving production, service, quality, and warehousing/distribution and purchasing. Set department policies, procedures, goals, and objectives in-line with company global vision. Review, action and report all aspects of the business; operational and financial performance, sales activity and KPI’s on a monthly basis.
