Responsible for the manufacturing process of the Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) providing electronic manufacturing services on a contract basis. Specific duties included quoting of jobs to be competitive with other companies, programming and operations of the following equipment: Juki, Siemens, Panasonic, Yestech Aoi, Vtech Aoi, and MPM/DEK screen printing, component placement, reflow, wave, box build, and final assembly. Responsible for prototype builds, which included process design, documentation, and fixture design. Implemented process improvement to facilitate the transfer of prototype builds to production volume. Create pick and place programs using sophisticated Circuit Cam, CamCAD software's graphic modeling system makes it possible for electronics manufacturers to design complete factory and production layouts. Manage all processes of programming and operations of manufacturing. Operation sequences and processes in the manufacture of high-Mix, Low Volume manufacturing environment with no supervision.
