Assisted a team of Mechanical Engineers in 2D & 3D design and analysis of various Machine parts on CATIA and ANSYS

Attended for the Breakdown attendance and repairs, Planning maintenance for breakdowns in order to reduce them, cooling tower maintenance, boiler maintenance, generator and turbine maintenance.

Supervised workers under me with the help of the senior Engineers with the proper workflow and machine maintenances.

Grad project:

1.To Avoid Risks & Accidents Around the Campus Due to Automobiles and performing it with Virtual- Reality at Texas A&M university-Kingsville.

The purpose of this research Project is to propose alternative to avoid traffic in and around the campus including the public transportation that Texas A & M University-Kingsville offers to its students and find other options friendlier to the environment. Our proposal if the university is to provide rental battery-operated bikes throughout the campus, which is much safer and risk free of travelling and can reduce the pollution. Use of these bikes would significantly decrease the amount of pollution due emissions from the buses, automobiles and bikes with in the campus and the students can have their time saved instead of waiting for the bus to pass. So, this proposal can be presented by VR (Virtual reality) objects for better explanation to everyone.

Under Grad projects:

1.Automatic Plastic Injection Molding machine by using PLC

The main goal of this project is to use automations in making the mechanisms for conventional PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDING using plc software, electro-pneumatics and pneumatics to overcome the problems of conventional methods.

2.A study project on Shearing Machine in Singareni collieries company limited, (RG-iii) workshop, Ramagundam, Karimnagar, Telangana, India.

The main goal of this project is to make a report on the Manufacturing of a given work piece and the process of Punching and Cutting of the given metal sheet with complicated measurements of cuttings and the holes with given requirements with no loss of the metal and time by using Bench Shearing Machine.

3.Design and Assembly of Motor Blower by using Catia and Ansys in CITD

Designing the parts required for the motor blower with the help of CATIA software and finding the flaws and errors in the design and minimizing the errors found in the design and parts with the help of an analyzing software called ANSYS and its meshing tools, after getting the required units and components we assemble the parts to make a finished Motor Blower.
