Utilities HVAC Department “HVAC Foreman” in charge of 54 HVAC mechanics doing maintenance and repairs of AC units, heaters, ventilations, kitchen equipment, washers and dryers, refrigeration system and also specialized in duct fabrication and sheet metal work. Performs as safety representative (DSR) for Utilities Department. Performed HVAC administrative work for Kosovo Region, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), to include maintenance and work record. My responsibilities include, ordering, tracking and maintaining parts and materials for the HVAC department including both ongoing maintenance items and new project materials. Supervised and directed employees (HVAC mechanic) on: Fabricated duct work for A/C and heaters, roof rain gutter, fabricated and installed exhaust hood in DFAC. Craft Coordinator Coordinated with expatriate multi tasked work force for daily SOP guidelines to include: interpreting for employees (carpenters, painters, plumbing, electrical and mainly laborers) for daily TSTI briefings and daily reports.
