Business Partner to store senior management team to include the Store Manager. Mentored and developed fellow HR Professionals. Staffed, trained and developed a team of 60 – 250+ employees working in five different locations ranging from rural to urban stores with a focus on improving employee relations.

Human Resources/Administrative Assistant Store Manager – served as the first ever hybrid HR/Admin manager within Lowe’s. Managed the front-end operations as well as the receiving department while simultaneously performing the duties as the Human Resources Manager to the entire store.

Training Program Manager – Developed and managed a program to track personnel qualifications and career development.

Technical Publications Librarian – Managed the organization and upkeep of over 3,000 maintenance publications.

Aviation Electrician – Performed maintenance on naval aircraft electrical systems as well as completing daily inspections to ensure flight safety. Maintained a Secret Clearance.
